Complete network modernization and security architecture
The company had a flat, unsegmented network without firewall protection, with critical production equipment exposed on the same network as office users. We designed and implemented a complete network architecture with VLAN segmentation, a Check Point Quantum Spark firewall and a site-to-site VPN to the remote warehouse.
NIS2 compliance and security review
The customer faced NIS2 directive requirements and didn't know where to start. We conducted a complete gap analysis, identified critical vulnerabilities via pen testing, implemented the necessary controls and documented everything in an ISMS that meets the ISO 27001 standard.
Disaster Recovery plan and backup infrastructure
The company had backup but no documented DR plan and had never tested recovery. We designed a complete Disaster Recovery solution with automated backup, offsite replication to a Danish data center and monthly restore tests with documented RTO/RPO targets.
