Microsoft 365 is the engine of everyday work for most SMBs: email, files, Teams and calendars all in one place. But a standard setup leaves a lot of security switched off, and Microsoft does not back up your data for you. We set up, secure and run Microsoft 365 so it fits how you actually work, and so someone keeps an eye on it every day.

What we do

  • Setup and migration: we set up Microsoft 365 from scratch or migrate you from an existing setup, including email, users and files, without losing data on the way.
  • Security hardening: multifactor authentication (MFA), Conditional Access (rules for when and from where access is granted) and Microsoft Defender (built-in protection against viruses and phishing) configured so a stolen password is no longer enough to get in.
  • Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive: email, shared mailboxes, file sharing and collaboration set up cleanly and with sensible access rights.
  • Entra ID (Microsoft's identity management): user identities and access controlled centrally, so onboarding and offboarding of employees are quick and secure.
  • License optimization: we make sure you pay for the licenses you actually use, no more and no less.
  • Third-party backup: a separate backup of your Microsoft 365 data, because Microsoft does not do it for you.

Microsoft 365 data is not backed up by default. Microsoft keeps the platform running, but restoring data after an accidental deletion, ransomware or a departing employee is your responsibility. That is why we recommend a separate third-party backup.
